Australian Qualifications Framework
Not sure if LPI and INGOTS training would be appropriate to try and get into this framework? http://www.aqf.edu.au/register.htm

open courseware
Alongside this, I'd be interested in developing open courseware, based around free software which can be used to teach VET/TAFE subjects - or those bits that aren't already covered. I'm not certain what would need to be done regarding getting certification for material though...
(btw the tafe.cc site is 404)
